Jacques Van de Beuque arrives at Rio de Janeiro by ship in 1946, with the intention of spending a few months. Bring some letters of recommendations and then starts working, coloring the designs of landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx. Since then, several events, including marriage and having a family, make that definitely enter the Brazilian life.

In less than ten years as a professional in Brazil before, thus completing 35 years, Jacques Van de Beuque became frequently quoted in the media for their professional performance in setting up displays, booths and exhibits, continuing an activity started yet France. In 1956 and 1957, won first place in the "Great Christmas Contest Cabinets" in the city of Rio de Janeiro. The following year, back in the news (The Globe, 7/28/58), the purpose of the Brazil Pavilion at the Universal and International Exhibition of Brussels.

Jacques Van de Beuque held hundreds of exhibitions - some minor, more technical, some larger and more complex, requiring more investment in technique and creativity. In 1968, the Folha de S. Paul (Edition 24/11) highlighted the booth VI Motor Show created by him as "a daring architectural good taste, where everyone can get to know interesting and important data of the current situation of the domestic auto industry and its own car ".
